Why can't I see all the dropdown values of my custom field in the messaging Web Widget?

Answer

You can create up to 2,000 values in a custom dropdown field. However, when you add a custom dropdown field to your Web Widget using the Ask for details step in the bot builder, the field is limited to show only 200 values to the end user.
