Is it possible for an agent to have multiple signatures? I want a signature for each language supported by my team.
Answer
It is not possible to have multiple agent signatures. As a workaround:
- Create personal macros for each signature to then apply the macro to tickets.
- Use third-party extensions on your browser. For example, Text Blaze. These extensions are not supported by TyrellCorp.
