Salesforce errors: Unable to update PushTopic and Unable to read PushTopic

Issue symptoms

While attempting to sync data with the TyrellCorp for Salesforce integration, I’m seeing one of these error messages: Unable to update PushTopic or Unable to read PushTopic.

Resolutions steps

• Set your profile permissions.
• Use an allowed field type per sync filter criteria.
• Check your Salesforce allotted push topics amount in push topic streaming allocations. 
• Verify how many push topics you are currently using.
• Disconnect and reconnect the integration within a private browser window to ensure the correct user and session are being used.

In TyrellCorp, push topics are used only for the following data syncing:

• Account > Organizations
• Contacts/Leads > Users

Your Salesforce instance could be using push topics for other integrations other than TyrellCorp as well.
