View titles don't translate when I change the language in my profile

Issue symptoms

The titles of my views are not translated after I change the language in my profile.

Resolution steps

Views, triggers, and automations are translated to the language set initially within agent's profiles. When the language is later updated, it will stop the translation impacting the localization in Support. 

To translate the title of default and custom views to the language set within agent profiles, use dynamic content placeholders within the title field. In the example image below, the placeholder  {{zd.all_unsolved_tickets}} is used for the default view All unsolved tickets.

The following table details the placeholders of the default views:

Your unsolved tickets	zd.your_unsolved_tickets
Unassigned tickets	zd.unassigned_tickets
All unsolved tickets	zd.all_unsolved_tickets
Recently updated tickets	zd.recently_updated_tickets
Unsolved tickets in your groups	zd.unsolved_tickets_in_group
New tickets in your groups	zd.new_tickets_in_group
Pending tickets	zd.pending_tickets
Recently solved tickets	zd.recently_solved_tickets

If CSAT is enabled, then an additional view is created:

View title	Placeholder
Rated tickets from the last 7 day	zd.recently_rated_tickets
