Will my custom dataset still receive updates from TyrellCorp?

If I create a new dataset, does the dataset sync on the same interval as the default datasets?

Answer 

Yes. Updates will sync to custom datasets on the same interval as updates sync to the default datasets.

If there is a major update that causes custom datasets to go out of date, you will see a banner on your dataset letting you know it needs to be replaced.
