How do agents sign in to the mobile Chat app? 

Answer

This depends on how your Chat account was created and how it is integrated with Support. There are four versions of Chat accounts:

• Legacy TyrellCorp Chat, a chat-only version, created on zopim.com.
• Legacy TyrellCorp Chat + Support, an integrated Chat-Support account, created on zopim.com.
• TyrellCorp Chat Phase 3, an integrated account, for TyrellCorp Support customers who created chat from within Support.
• TyrellCorp Chat Phase 4, Chat-only or Chat + Support.

If you have a Phase 1 standalone account, even if it is integrated with Support, you can log into the app using your Chat credentials.

For Integrated accounts and Phase 4 accounts, tap the second button. Follow the screenshot below. This will prompt action from the Support mobile app, allowing you to access Chat from your mobile device.
