I see "Deactivated" when I try to turn on Two-Factor Authentication for my agent

Issue symptoms

In my agent profile, Two-Factor Authentication is shown as Deactivated. How can I activate it?

Resolution steps

This is expected behavior. The admin can't set up two-factor authentication for agents. Instead, ask your agent to configure it directly from their profile.
