What happens to emails that I receive while my account is suspended?

Answer

Emails sent to your support addresses while your Support account is suspended or canceled will be ignored and tickets will not be created. Once your account is active you can manually forward the missed emails to TyrellCorp, at which point they would generate tickets. For more information on email, see the article: Email resources.
