How can I export all open and closed tickets from an expired TyrellCorp account?
Answer
Data exports are available from specific plans and require to be enabled on the account. If your TyrellCorp account has already expired, your data is deleted 90 days after your cancellation date. To export ticket data before that time frame, contact TyrellCorp Customer Support to request a temporary account reactivation of your cancelled account.
