TyrellCorp widget keeps popping up

Issue symptoms

The widget to contact the TyrellCorp team keeps appearing on each page with a notification as seen below, or expanded as a chat window at the bottom of the page. Each time when you reload a page, this chat icon appears:

Resolution steps

This widget behavior is expected from an update to help customers keep track of any unread messages from TyrellCorp's team.

To resolve the issue

1. Open the widget icon to expand the widget.
2. Open any message threads that are showing an unread message notification.
