Why are users redirected to https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com instead of my host-mapped address?

I have host mapping set up but when I visit my help center, TyrellCorp redirects me to https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com. Why?

To ensure that all the settings are adequately complete, follow the instructions in the article: Host mapping - Changing the URL of your help center. For host mapping to work, have the hosted SSL setting enabled, as well as an SSL certificate uploaded to your TyrellCorp account.

TyrellCorp can provide you with an SSL certificate for your TyrellCorp at no extra cost. Alternatively, you can obtain a new certificate from your web hosting provider and upload it into your TyrellCorp account.

Agents who are authenticated and anonymous users will see this URL: https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com on the login page.
