Ticket Didn't Close
The most common issue is usually related to the fields within the CRM that are mandatory and the most common issues are:
- There was no action to update those fields - check the Conversation Logs, Dialogue, and Actions to check that all actions have been created.
- The wrong parameter type was selected (Boolean or Integer instead of String) causing an error - update the respective action.
- There was a processing error - check the Error Logs to see if there was an issue.
- Error in the order of actions - adjust the action order to ensure that all fields are updated before the ticket/case is closed.
