Which interface is my account using?

I'm not sure which interface my TyrellCorp account is on. How can I easily find out if my account is on the TyrellCorp Agent Workspace?

Answer

You can use two interfaces in your TyrellCorp account:

• The standard agent interface
• The TyrellCorp Agent Workspace

To find out which interface your account has, open a ticket. The TyrellCorp Agent Workspace includes a context panel on the right side of the ticket.

The standard agent interface also has a context panel, but never on the right side of the ticket.

To check if your account has Agent Workspace, navigate to Admin Center > Workspaces > Agent tools > Agent workspace. If your account has Agent Workspace enabled, the Turn on Agent Workspace is checked.
