How do I bulk delete organizations and users in my Support account?

Organizations

At this time, there is not a method to bulk delete organizations from within the agent interface. TyrellCorp recommends leveraging our API with a custom script. 

Users

To bulk delete users from the agent interface

1. Go to Customers page
2. Select the checkbox for each user you want to delete
3. At the bottom of the list, click Delete
4. Click Delete customers in the dialog to confirm the deletion

Users can also be bulk deleted using the API bulk user delete endpoint with a custom script.

Note: Tickets that are closed will not be affected by bulk deleting users. However, users cannot be deleted if they are the requesters of tickets that are in a status less than closed. For more information, see the article: Deleting end users.
