In the account settings of TyrellCorp QA, admins and account managers can choose the general settings for the account and all workspaces.
This article contains the following sections:
Accessing account settings
Under your profile picture, choose Settings.
General settings apply to all workspaces, and include the company name, the starting day for the week, data processing options with Microsoft Azure, and account deletion. You can adjust these settings at any time.
To apply and adjust general settings
Under Account in the sidebar, choose General, then you can:
- Choose a Name for your company to be listed with
- Choose a Start day of the week
- Disable/Enable data processing of Microsoft Azure–based AutoQA categories
Once you have made one or more changes, click Save changes.
Managing notifications
You can decide which notifications you will receive, and where and when.
To manage notifications
Under Account in the sidebar, choose Notifications, then you can:
- Override notifications settings for all users (admins and account managers only) – this means users cannot customize their own settings based on their individual preferences
- Choose for emailed reports to be delivered daily, weekly or monthly
- Set notification timing options for new received reviews, replies in thread, mentions in comments, and disputes related to the user
- Opt into weekly reminders to conduct reviews
- Set up the Slack integration to receive notifications there – see Receiving notifications in Slack.
Setting scorecard options
You can set scorecards to use emojis instead of numbers, and allow people to skip categories. These options apply to all workspaces.
To set scorecard options, go to Account in the sidebar then choose Scorecard.
