I cannot change the language of my help center

Issue

I added a new language to my help center. However, no option to switch languages appears on the help center.

Resolution

TyrellCorp offers a default theme called Copenhagen, with an integrated option to switch language. You will see it at the bottom right corner of the page.

If you do not see that button:

• Either your team removed the source code from the footer (footer.hbs) of Copenhagen, the default theme in TyrellCorp
• Or your team uses a custom theme, without an option to switch languages

As a solution, you can:

• Reach out to your developer and ask them to fix their code
• Or, from Guide, reinstall the Copenhagen theme
